BIGLI LAUNCHES NEW JEWELLERY LINE VICTOR:A TRIBUTE TO VICTOR VASARELY AND THE SEVENTIES
The Belgian jewellery brand BIGLI proudly presents an entirely new, high-end collection that blurs the line between art and jewellery. The contemporary signature design is inspired by the optical illusions of the visionary French-Hungarian artist Victor Vasarely. In the iconic 1970s, he captivated the world with his hypnotic, geometric, and abstract works. The elegant and versatile Victor collection features four rings, two pendants, three pairs of earrings, and a necklace. Each piece is built around a large central diamond, surrounded by a subtle gradation of smaller diamonds. The largest ring is lavishly set with 53 diamonds totalling 1.26 carats. The stylish rings can be worn minimally on their own or combined to make a statement.
Creative Director Laurence Aerens passionately combines traditional craftsmanship with a modern aesthetic. The graphic design of the Victor jewellery features an intriguing 3D effect, plays with light, and reflects artistic precision with a retro-chic allure. Timeless beauty is the guiding principle. For a personal touch, the sparkling pieces are available in rose, white, or yellow gold, and set with either white or brown diamonds. For nearly thirty years, BIGLI has been an innovative player in the luxury jewellery sector. The artisanal family business was founded in 1997 by Laurence Aerens and her partner Thierry Spitaels. The Belgian jewellery brand stands out for its use of high-quality materials and its refined, exceptionally skilled setting techniques. The pieces are crafted from 18-carat gold, superior diamonds, and colourful gemstones.
