2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

 

3. ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION

Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract forms when we send an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

 

 

 

4. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

 

5. DELIVERY & RISK

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery times are estimates.

Risk and ownership pass to you only when goods are delivered to your delivery address.

If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

 

6. CONSUMER RIGHT TO CANCEL (14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel:

Email shop@thebluecompanylondon.co.uk with your order number.

Returns:

Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation

Items must be unused and in original packaging

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods, using the original payment method. Shipping for returns must be paid by the consumer.

 

7. RETURNS & FAULTY GOODS

This section does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

You are entitled to:

A full refund within 30 days, or

Repair or replacement, or

Partial refund if appropriate

High-Value Orders Over £2,000

Refund restrictions apply only to discretionary goodwill returns, not statutory rights.

Your legal right to a monetary refund for faulty goods or valid cancellations remains unaffected.

 

8. WARRANTY

Montegrappa products include a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty does not limit your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Blue Company (London) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased.

Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the purchase price paid.

 

10. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, strikes, or natural disasters.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Consumers retain the right to bring claims in their local courts.
