MEISTERSINGER - 24H EDITION

24 hours in a single rotation: MeisterSinger’s 24-hour watches display the entire day at a glance, created for those who prefer to experience time at a more relaxed pace.

A Different Measure of Time

So much in our world is geared toward speed. We are expected to work more efficiently, respond faster, and accomplish more in ever less time. And as our daily lives become increasingly fast-paced, we divide time itself into ever smaller units. For 25 years, MeisterSinger has offered a different perspective. The single-hand watches from the Münster-based brand dispense with minute and second hands, displaying time with all the precision everyday life really requires. Precise enough, yet with a welcome distance from the obsession with every passing second.

With the Edition 24H, MeisterSinger now takes this idea one step further. While the hand of a classic single-hand watch circles the dial twice a day, the Edition 24H takes a full 24 hours to complete just one rotation. It therefore moves at only half the speed, displaying the entire day at a glance. Morning, noon, evening, and night all share the same circle. A glance at the watch reveals not only the time, but also where we are in the course of the day.

Time itself doesn’t slow down, but our perspective on it becomes a little more generous.

When a Dial Counts 24 Hours

Fitting twice as many hours onto a dial calls for a distinctive design approach. MeisterSinger therefore arranges the 24 hour numerals on two levels. The odd numbers from 01 to 23 are positioned around the outer edge of the dial, while the even hours from 02 to 24 sit further inward within the hierarchy of hour markers. Subtle accents in two shades of blue highlight selected dots and markers, adding character to the ivory-colored dial without disrupting its clear, balanced design. Above them, the black needle-shaped single hand makes its unhurried journey around the dial.

The Edition 24H is read across the full course of the day: 12 o’clock is at the top as usual, with 18 on the right, 24 at the bottom, and 06 on the left. Over the course of 24 hours, the hand makes a single journey around the entire dial, from morning through noon and evening and into the night. Broadly speaking, the upper half represents daytime, while the lower half represents nighttime. For a more precise reading, each hour is divided into six 10-minute intervals by the finely graduated scale.

The 40 mm stainless steel case is distinguished by its slender proportions and elegantly flowing lines.

Swiss Mechanics in a 40 mm Case

The Edition 24H is powered by the Swiss Sellita SW330 automatic movement, offering a 56-hour power reserve. The movement can be admired in action through the exhibition case back, secured with six screws. The stainless steel case measures 40 mm in diameter, is water-resistant to 5 bar, and is protected by sapphire crystal. A dark brown calfskin strap with crocodile embossing complements the classic character of the ivory-colored dial.

The new MeisterSinger Edition 24H is limited to just 100 pieces worldwide. Each watch is individually numbered on the case back and comes with a signed certificate.
