• Artwork Proof will be sent prior to printing within 2 working days of submitting your order.
  • If you would like our artists to show you an mock-up example of your artwork prior to placing your order, please email us at info@thebluecompanylondon.co.uk
  • We will always reach out to have you approve your design prior to submitting for print, once the approval has been given, the order cannot be returned or cancelled.
  • Pricing for customisation is as follows:
    •  £10 per text element
    • £15 per image element


  • Delivery will be made via Royal Mail or Parcelforce
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of customised products
  • Please allow between 2-5 working days for delivery of products without customisation


  •  To exchange or return a purchase, please email us at info@thebluecompanylondon.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Please note, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured and posted back to The Blue Company (London).
  • The Blue Company (London) will not accept responsibility for any returns that are damaged or missing through the customers chosen return method.
  • Once we have received your return, we will aim to process this within 28 days of receipt.
  • Please be aware, once processed, payments made via credit/debit card can take between 5-7 working days to show up on your statement/balance.
  • Please be advised that we are not able to accept any form of refund or exchange for personalised/customised goods.
